we've got a paint shop at my job where they use prepsol, but it always smells like there's mineral spirits in it. i've had good luck w/ the denatured alcohol, but it can definitely screw up the adhesives in the vinyl. i try and dry wipe after using it, but it's really helpful in removing...

doesn't SW's prepsol contain oil? me personally, i'd try water and then denatured alcohol.

cast adhesion problems is pretty crappy news as i was laying out new graphics for a quadracer R450. i was just going to get some of the stuff printed within another larger order that i gang together. would edge sealer and/or that adhesion primer aid in making cast stick?

i did. it's still not working. i'm going to try a different cable and see if that's the problem.

man, i tried downloading a roland driver as per the search on here and that's not working either. this is really beginning to suck.

nope, no nortons. the only error i get is when i select the incorrect port.

the dongle is fine, it's the compatibility btwn the software/prod mgr and the plotter itself.
