I found that doing research on the companies and just mailing them a promo box was the way to get their attention. Big companies. we would include screen printed t shirt, a 6"x6" printed banner , pens and so on with our info and then a 6"x4" list of our services. We would mail out about 5 a...
The $20 per sq ft usually is only used with spot graphics because its the smallest sq ft option. and we include an hour design time with every instal. this includes placement , mock up and design work. thank you for your reply

if there is already a thread about this i apologize in advance.
Im looking for answers on what people are using in their sign shops and also what they use for flat surface installs on trailers and walls.
Walls are becoming very difficult to Quote and install, because of the paint industry...

There is also arlon fusion. although it is a calendar film, I use it for almost all my flat surface jobs. From Trailers to museums prints. i just change the lam depending on the finish the customer wants and if its indoor or outdoor.
How does that work with connecting the ACM? i get the framing for the outside edge, how do you keep multiple ACM together? curious for my own projects.
i Agree ACM would be the best for this project but being able to only hit mortar with mounting will be the difficult part.
There are a lot of calendar lams that will hold up long term outside. Arlon 3220 maybe
any pictures? i also like masking the panels. helps with the stretching. the air release is amazing but there is no readjusting. once you place it you are committed :) lol
id apply them by panels on the trailer. use a one inch overlap and then cut the overlap away then repeat. use the inch overlap for lineup on the previous panel, then cut it away after instal. and have a seamless trailer.
