I think I found who makes the software. It looks like Foto Master has software that other companies use, it looks the same as One Chance Media and some other companies I have seen online.

I am interested in creating a live photo mosaic wall. What software is being used to create this? I have done mosaics before but not sure how this is done during a live event where you take a photo, print it and then place it on a specific area of a grid.

The drop detector looks pretty clean to me. I have also attached a photo of the hoses on the right side.

I cleaned both the printhead and the printhead connection. I still am not able to get a clean print with light cyan.

I am getting the error 98:03, "Potential print-quality problem. Check printheads using the printhead status plot". I took the ink out and shook the printhead. I was able to see both magenta and cyan coming out. I did a drop detection test and it says the light cyan is 1056.
