Well I've used a fair bit of waterslide paper in the past so feel qualified to give input here. It makes for a very thin decal that's a lot easier to bury underneath automotive clear than vinyl, which I what I primarily use it for in my hydrographics business. You basically have 2 options to...

You're going to need to be more specific with what you want. What type of printer do you want to run the media through? "high end" is very non-specific. Are you an end user or producing them for a customer? Not producing them yourself? Why not? Self-adhesive? Clear/white/other media? Help...

I usually say "No thanks, I'm good". You can watch the confusion set in.

Close. You also send it through the dryer to partially cure the plastisol. That's the tricky part, getting it dialed in exactly right.

Look at Substance. They have some made specifically for motorsports, as well as a 10mil or 15mil laminate. And to top it off they're made in USA and super nice folks to deal with, while still being competitively priced. Win/win/win
