A little confused by your post, but if they were never exposed then you'll need to expose them (just set them out in the sun for a little bit). If they were exposed then just hit them with your remover like normal. I've reclaimed screens that were multiple years old plenty of times.

If you have a heat press, DTF prints from custom-transfers.com have been a great help for me for short runs.

If you're just using the saw to break down sheet goods to fit in the laser, how precise do you really need your cuts? A tape measure, chalk line, and a circular saw will likely do what you need and save you a ton of $ unless you need the precision for other projects.

If you don't have color swatch books and need me to look at something to compare LMK. Happy to do it. I did eventually find a suitable gray in a different brand. Don't recall what off the top of my head. Had to eat the cost difference but it was minimal.
