I've had the issue a couple of times over the years. The font file was corrupt. Had to Delete or rename it and then start ILL. It will re-index all the fonts.

Same here Rick. I've been using it with VirtueMart for a couple years now. But, hand 75% over the phone. Another tip... ONLY use it for US based transactions with a min. of ZIP verify.

if using ILL, close program, rename the FONT file in ILL, start ILL and it will recreate the file. Mine got corrupted a few times when I had lot of fonts loaded.

I'm looking for the opposite of what most want in wrap vinyl. Aggressive initial tack and VERY hard to get off. Basically, like a Convex, DPF8000 or Substance with a air release? Any ideas?

No, it will not use Roland crop marks. You have to print the Summa marks with the file. New version of Flexi has some options I'm told.
