I 2nd Knifeless tape. I do fleet graphics for a company they only use the window spaces side and rear for their logo. I just lay the tape down over size the graphics and then trim.

I typically don't for my own jobs but I do installations for some large store chains and they require the mullions to be covered. For the most part the vinyl seems to last on the mullions.

Maybe technology has changed since I last had a UV printer. My Old AGFA was definitely not useable for vehicle graphics. if I was going to focus on Vehicle wraps a UV printer would be my last choice.
