    I use ArtCam Pro 2011 and have a CNC table but my actually 3D modeling experience is small. Our shop is capable of doing the work we just don't have a huge market for it in the area.

    trim it.. or get your customer to sign something. I just did a 24' 5 ton truck tonight and who ever did the sealing on the truck do a horrible job.. I had to trim back 1/4" rather then try and follow the chalking.. Bottom line for me is it's not going to come off.

    I can get it to turn in one direction but it sucks going in the opposite. Knifeless seams to do alot better job holding a curve in both directions.

    I agree that no seams are the best but Your stocking 4 rolls of material and laminate to wrap 1 vehicle. No thanks I'll stick with my 54". When I wrap a truck I'll go up from the bottom as far as I can with my 54" and leave the seam go though the door pillars so my overlap is only 4-5" long.

    You can buy Solvent cartridges that you use to flush your lines out. I've only ever flushed line like that when I was storing a machine for long term. Any good 3rd party ink should be plug and play,, or should provide you with new profiles if you can't build your own.

    That's the way I was shown to use my GBC Titan about 10 years ago.. Make sure your rolls aren't moving.. there's a way to adjust the tension internally but it's complicated.
