I looked into putting up a shop here a few months ago I was rather depressed at the cost of putting in my semi-dream garage. The price for 100 load if fill and a full foundation for a 36'x40' was almost 1/2 the cost of the building.

if you have a bad pump or that's on it's way out it won't do an ink load properly. I used to have to take the tube off the pump and prime by hand on occasion.
Yes it's my parents, I'm going and getting paid. I'm going to try and help not to solve the issue, IF I was expected to fix the problem I'd be more worried about paper work But i'm going as a favor to try and help.
So I got a call from my old work they wanted me go in and help with the flatbed, Train a new guy and try and help with the colour.
From what I understand they're switched to a 3rd party ink, Now the colour is off. I told them to call who they got the ink from and get them to send them new...

So of course I have/had a rush job for the end of the day today (not going to happen) it's a partial wrap on a ford.
Anyway I start printing everything looks fine then then the printer starts to band, and the color shifts and it looks like my magenta head/heads are dropping out. I run the test...
But that's my problem all my job files are stored on a sever. Every job is opened the same way, even if the files come in on usb/cd/dvd or email they get copied into a "Supplied images" folder and every job get's it's own folder. that's why I can't figure out why I can rotate some but not...
It's annoying to say the least. I keep getting a window that says " the image is in a read-only file location, A new output location must be selected"
It seems to be completely random when the problem happens.
anyone one any suggestions?
I've tried 5-6 ones everything seems to hot banner buckles in the machine doesn't feed out properly, getting head strikes and the banner seems to stretch on one side from over heating I can get a print out.
Anyone have any recommendations?
