Agfa M2 colour management

So I got a call from my old work they wanted me go in and help with the flatbed, Train a new guy and try and help with the colour.

From what I understand they're switched to a 3rd party ink, Now the colour is off. I told them to call who they got the ink from and get them to send them new profiles, apparently the new ink is not supposed to be a direct match to the OEM in and no re-profiling is needed.

I was used to adjusting colour in ONYX not really familiar with Wasatch anyone have any ideas?

I know there is a spectrometer but I'm not sure with the software is there since it's 15 years old.

I would imagine, this has nothing to do with you, since you said, from my old work.....

If they need consulting work preformed by you, I would get them to sign off on a written agreement of your freelance costs. If you want to go back or keep friendly lines open, you can adjust your costs accordingly, but just don't go in cheap.

edit : wait a minute..... is this your parents place ?? Sounds like they might be reaching out to you. Play your cards very close to your chest. Be careful.... v-e-r-y careful.

Yes it's my parents, I'm going and getting paid. I'm going to try and help not to solve the issue, IF I was expected to fix the problem I'd be more worried about paper work But i'm going as a favor to try and help.
