We use the foam cleaning sticks with rapid tac application fluid and that works pretty well.

Actually we have a problem with this too. Changing colors slightly helps as does setting blends to "super". I can not remember but on one I think we changed from FXPress to randon diffusion and that helped too but it was a long time ago, I right be wrong about that. Good luck.

When a solid color is printed, it can have line that run the same direction that the printhead moves (from right to left), this is called banding. Sorry, it is a versacamm sp300. Corey at printingdigital, walked me through some diagnoses. We tried pulling ink through the MY head with a syringe, only magneta came through. Then we opened the machine up and pulled a damper and checked the yellow supply line. Right now we are leaning...

I am not getting any yellow ink to print on the test print. I have soaked the head and changed the cap station with no luck. Is this a bad damper? How can I tell? Is it something else perhaps? Thank you for any help, suggestions or even guesses.
