Can someone help me find this font? It's one of those Southern Belle shirts and I can't seem to find the font they used.

I'm having trouble changing the colors of a shape in Flexi. I click the color I want it to be, like white, but it stays black. The fill stroke editor says its white but it still appears black. I don't have it locked or anything. Just wondering if i accidentally clicked an option off or something.
