    how many do you need to make? Why not cut them by hand? If that isn't an option, find someone with a 10' table on a zund or similar machine.

    HI, I am having an issue with illustrator/flexi. every time i send a cut file to flexi it prints a white outline where the countour is supposed to go. Any suggestions? I am setting the file up same as I always have, just started happening within the last month. CC related?

    why would you want to lose profit? it's not about being close to the edge, its about not wanting to waste your material that is worth hard currency. If i could put a dollar in my pocket or throw one in the garbage, i would prefer to put it in my pocket.

    That is a lot of waste, it is only about 11" around the outside of a brand new roll and signifigantly less as it goes down. You shouldn't need/want to burn that much as that will add up to huge amounts over time.

    Just a thought, it costs $1-$2 per cut at most local printers. That is an amount you could easily build into any job that requires cutting.

    dark colored adhesive is used for its ability to block-out the color of a substrate, that is why it is common on wrap films as it keeps the color of the car from showing through the print. Whether it is black or grey doesn't make much difference.
