+1 for re-sizing it in one shot. Every time you save a jpeg file you will lose some of the graphic information/detail in the photo.

The issue isn't usually the wrap failing or falling off, it is the wrap takes the paint off upon removal.

Looking into a hybrid roll to roll flatbed that can handle printing full rolls of .20 magnet, is anyone doing this successfully? Saw the FB500, EFI, and CET at the ISA show, they all say they can do it, but i was just wondering if anyone has done it with success?

you have to order them from fellers, part number is: OCARD I am pretty sure they are free, but this takes it out of the rep's hands and it will ship ups the same day.

not sure if this helps but with Flexi i use an hp satin poster paper profile 10pass, it works great.

are you printing and cutting without removing the material from the machine?

out of curiosity, why would you want to permanently bond a graphic to someones window? That doesn't seem like the right material for a window graphic, look for something that is permanent on the graphic side and removable on the window side. Also, i don't think it will matter to the adhesive...
