  4. l26500 Prints don't line up for contour cut

The adjustment is called "straightness optimization" it is in the image quality menu. You have to adjust it for just about every different media you print, if you are doing contour cutting. The best way i have found to determine the adjustment is to print a 2" x 52" black bar across the...
  5. Banner, Vinyl, Fabric, or Mesh

Why can't you attach some type of weight to the bottom corners? As the installer i would think you have the option of how to secure the bottom of the banner. Fabric is the nicest option for stage backdrops, if it is indoor and not exposed to any of the elements. It doesn't reflect light or...
  6. Bigger than a vehicle, but wow.... would you?

As Geno said you will need some additional insurance in place before you can do that, i would call your insurer and have them look over your job. On another note, $15/sq.ft. seems low. You can get around there for a vehicle wrap, and you don't need a 60' lift to install a vehicle wrap. Also...

The issue isn't usually the wrap failing or falling off, it is the wrap takes the paint off upon removal.
  10. FENDER BENDER : Repairing repaired wraps

We do a lot of body shop repair work. The problem is, you cannot guarantee anything beyond a personal guarantee. The vinyl manufacturers don't warranty their products on repainted areas. Not because it is guaranteed to damage the paint in the long term, but there are a lot of variables and it...

  13. full roll magnet printing

Looking into a hybrid roll to roll flatbed that can handle printing full rolls of .20 magnet, is anyone doing this successfully? Saw the FB500, EFI, and CET at the ISA show, they all say they can do it, but i was just wondering if anyone has done it with success?

  18. optically clear mounting adhesive

out of curiosity, why would you want to permanently bond a graphic to someones window? That doesn't seem like the right material for a window graphic, look for something that is permanent on the graphic side and removable on the window side. Also, i don't think it will matter to the adhesive...
