I am guessing you are running caldera? Different ink? If 50 series onyx, they have multiple profiles at web site. I would call them.

we do digital plex all the time, no issues.

Also, custom sunjet Inks. You can call sunjet for support also. I did once and they sent a report on the board.

Ryan, I own one and had two issues. The first time it wore off later was because my bulbs were old and not fully curing. Have you checked this? Other time I bought cheap board that outgassed. Which series you using. They don't warrant the high gamut ink, just the high adhesion...

I think Flora does best when they build printers to other people's designs..... I know they built the frame to my printer, but let's look at the long line of people who have fired them: DuPont Lexjet Nazdar CET Dilli/Agfa and rumor is that EFI is not happy.....

Garisimo, I will send you a document which will illustarate why reverse print poly or glass last much longer. The amount of uv light which attacks the ink is drastically reduced. It is warranted by CET's ink manufacture (SunJet). Laminates will get you there ONLY in certain environments...

Reverse Print Second Surface will be warranted for 5 years. It will last. All others are speculative. Dave (CET COLOR) tells me his ink manufacture will warrant for 5 years with a laminate, and he has done weatheromiter testing, but once you add pollution (CO2) who knows? Don't you...

People, This is so simple. Twice the speed of Oce, half the cost, better quality, and I think if I called Dave and said I was unhappy with his printer (a year later) he would give me every dollar back. I wish all things were so simple.
