    2 x 4 scrap around the shop. Been using this one for about 6 years now. Routed slots on inside to make it quick change. Use 3/4 pipe with shipping plugs on each end. Also use shipping plugs on each end to keep alignment when laying it down on our 10 foot steel table.

    I have used Peachtree about 3 or 4 times. Great people to work with and make a very good product. You can have it shipped or save a few bucks and pick it up yourself. I HIGHLY recommended them. Hate to say it but they are the originators, not imitators.

    I order alum. blanks from Tublite cut to size. A sheet of .040 is around $70.00 dollars. We have switched to Elite board which is a exact copy of Alumilite. A 4 x 8 x 3 mm (1/8) is $39.50 a sheet. Local sheet metal shop cuts it for $.10 a cut.

    Ditto. Been using mine for about 5 years now. They are awesome. Sold my panel saw and only use this for everything. I have been using the new Diablo Red blade for everything now. Super smooth cuts on everything. Get the non-ferrious metal cut blade.

    Actually building one of these right now only smaller 4 x 8. I'm using Elite board from Tubelite @ $40.00 a sheet. Same as Alumilte but cheaper. We're using mobile home screw in anchors to strap it down on site.
