    We change them when they look like they could use it. But prob about 2 times a year i would guess. We just watch them when we do our regular cleanings and when they look like they need to be changed we do. I dont know what roland recomends as far as time to change them. Marsha

    I think you are talking about the surge mist sponge. They are about $2.50 and there is a little sponge under it also (looks like a "T") which is also about $2.50...it helps draw the ink down from the top surge mist sponge. Hope that helps. Marsha

We set one up when it was moved and accidently picked eco sol and had a ton of issues. We had to empty the ink and do a pump up again and pick eco sol maxx this time and...

    Like above, works fine on windows 7...you should have no prob running it. As for the disk, call the people you bought it from..they can prob get you a disk. Or call Roland and ask them...it shouldnt be expensive...the printer is the dongle for the software (more or less). Anyones disk should...
