    Just talked to Phil about his issue. He is looking for the Y SLIDER WHEEL and Graphtec USA does NOT have the part. Therefore, he is looking for someone with 4100-75 they are using for PARTS. Sorry we could not be more help.

    Remember, you are not printing on WHITE; therefore, you will have color matching issues. Depending on the size of the job, I would print 5-10% of the middle of the job as a sample for the customer to approve.

    ScottyAdams, the double-sided banner material has the blackout liner to prevent sun shadows. To print TWO banners and "weld" them together is a lot more time and effort than you really need to expend.

    3rd party p-n-p cartrdige vs. CISS At $200 per week, you are burning through about 20 cartridges. Therefore, you are using about a $1000 per week in ink -or- about $118 for 1000ml/1 liter of ink. Currently, you can buy liters for $80-$100 per liter. Perhaps a CISS like Sightline suggested...
