    Get your sales technician back out to examine. We had the same problem just these last few months. New machine and very intermittent cutting ability. Something (a rail) from the factory out of adjustment. Since then we are spot on.

    We only quote an hourly rate on the removal. Or imagine the most time it could possibly take and then double it for the removal and hope we don't get the job. Reflective is the worst! Maybe 320.00 on the new.
