Maybe a rigid PVC would work. I use an 18ml once in a while. Not sure how it might stand up to being washed, and eventually it would crack.

Thanks! I figure I'll supply the file, and modify it if whoever is doing the embroidery indicates that it isn't going to work well. Embroidery art is not something I'm familiar with. I do know they're going to make it as large as they can without it looking stupid on the sleeve.

Put those people in those cages. Feed them chicken bones and see if they die from disease or starvation.

This is to be embroidered on the sleeve of a short-sleeve button shirt for the people going on this yacht. Wanted a palm tree. Black shirt. This is not a "job", just a quick favor. Thoughts?

I'm still working on re-creating the first one. I'm going to spend some time on it over the weekend. So far I've put in about 7 hours.

For something like this I print it out on acetate, fine marker a "contrast" version by hand with a fine point marker, scan into Illy, auto trace and fix some nodes. Realistically a one hour job that looks quite nice.

Reminds me of that awful movie "Vanilla Sky". I don't even go to places that don't stop advertising after you're already there. It really irritates me - so I don't go to places intrusive as Mc Donald's. "I'm already here - lay the hell off".

No. I use a length of 1x4 board with felt spray glued to it. It works well, but I wonder if the Big S would work better.

Is your machine on carpet? That causes a lot of static. Also, a humidifier helps a bunch.
