Its been a while, but the ribbons go in the machine in no particular order. It determines where each ribbon is by reading the barcode on each cartridge. I think you can print direct from Corel - do you have the driver disk?
It sounds more likely to be settings on the two added computers - have you checked to see that they are in the same workgroup as the rest of the computers?
In XP, go to Control Panel -> System -> Computer Name
You might also want to check the permissions.
