    Eric, if the pre cut banners include traditional brass grommets I say no! The chances of a "head strike" are extremely high. Instead of printing directly to the banner (with grommets), print to adhesive back vinyl and apply the "decal" to the banner.

    Robert, who's ink are you using? If 3rd party, try ordering an OEM and see what happens. Also, contact the ink distributor and ask for their help trouble shooting. Maybe it's a KNOWN issue, but only KNOWN when it surfaces.

    I think not because of the bleach. The best substance I have found and leaves no residue is BESTINE. Check out your local non-BIG BOX hardware store.
