Just a quick update. I tried running some black coroplast with a white underprint and the adhesion was horrible. I am not sure if it was the coro or the white ink. BTW, I run the NH inks in my XL1500 as well and absolutely love them.

No way that I know of but why not work at scale? I use 10 to 1 scale for pretty much everything over 10'. Just move the decimal point 1 place to the left and be sure your placed images have 10 times the res you would normally need at 1 to 1 scale.

Hemmed or not is a matter of preference. I see both but usually go without the hems. We also place a grommet at the top of the pocket so the banner can be zip tied to the post. I guess some people like to take them down.
