    The XC is the Print/Cut and uses cuthead assembly to recognize the far right and far left pinch rollers only. If it continues, it is possible that the cut carriage cable may need to be replace... however unlikely based on what is known now.

    be sure to use -f when trying to delete the file in Linux. -f = Forcefully Remove File rm -f -r {file-name}

    I can tell you that it is not likely that there is an issue with ALL 13 computers and printers, at the same time... the commonality between them all is the network infrastructure... That large of a company would more than likely be using managed switches that should allow priorities to be set...

    Possible network hardware issue, switch, router?? Versaworks on different computers doing the same thing? DHCP address conflict somewhere in the network maybe. maybe a little more detail of your setup would help... How many computers have Versaworks and how many printers for each seat...

    Don't think so. As wsgraphix mentioned, try a different firewire cable. Chances are that I have a patch for the version you are running that may eliminate the issue, if it is in fact the driver... key number?
