Thanks for the link! I just bought 5, then it shorted me 1 on the checkout/download. I emailed Dave and he immediately sent the missing font, then sent me another one for free... So I got 6 great new fonts for $89.00. Merry Christmas, indeed!

You download a trial version of Stellar Phoenix and run it...It will show the files but you can't recover them until you purchase the license. But at least you can see if that program will work before spending money....

Alot depends on what software you use to try the recovery... I went through several a few years back and had terrible luck until I bought a copy of Stellar Pheonix. That software recovered everything AND kept the original filing structure in tact so I did not have to sort through and reorganize...

Like the title says...I have a client who has some vans in St. Louis now and need the graphics done to match what he already has here. It's just cut vinyl (not a wrap) but there is a little layering involved. I May supply the RTA graphics or just turn over the whole job of producing and...

I would probably tell the guy something like "Sorry, I just can't letter these for you. I know that these belong to another customer of mine who would like them back. And I'm not suggesting that YOU stole them. Did you buy these from someone on craigslist or something???" Then it's not like you...

I got on Avery's back so bad that they not only warrantied the failed vinyl, but they actually paid me quite well for labor AND sent money directly to my 3M Gerber supplier so that I could replace all the bad avery with 3M vinyl. I'm quite confident that my actions personally cost Avery more...
