wet or dry install? Where were the 4x8s located/installed with what type of exposure?

I'd bet that's the problem. I've mixed the 2 before for a small, odd job here and there but never on a vehicle that sees extreme conditions. At any rate, I'd say you don't stand a chance of warranty at all, having mixed the two.

Customers stealing/shopping your proofs around is usually NOT a problem if you have stuck to your guns and gotten a down payment BEFORE you send them the proof. If it's a new customer and they have reservations about paying before seeing a proof then you let them come to your place and view it...

One of my customers has a couple of small indoor backlit signs that they need new faces for. Just 2ft x 3ft each. I'll be applying some translucent vinyl to them then. Anyone have some supplier info on these? I'm in Minnesota Thanks!
