Could UPS have been hacked? Could the problems with recent deliveries at UPS plus their computer system being down for hours today be caused by their having been hacked?

The stories of marking no one there reminds me of one time, where UPS gave me three boxes, but on a 4th I should have gotten that same day the driver marked it no one there. I asked their customer service what do you think I did .... run away down the street between the third and fourth box?

Has anyone tried the pvc material that is used for mailboxes and yard arm signs? If so how does cost compare?

I saw them in Atlantic City too, it seemed expensive as well.

I can't in winter at least, plus often it seems to be raining when they need it done. I do touch up with spray paint.
