Don't know if this will help but I had the same problem last month only it was a Graphtec cutting out of Illustrator. What I believe happened is that my computer (Mac) auto updated and the driver was no longer compatible. I updated the drivers and it fixed the problem. Hope that helps!

Old news to me, but "thank you" for those people on here who might not currently have the ability to do that. I "print" to pdf ALL the time!

There also might be a spring shop in your city they sells pretty much any spring you would ever need.. I had to buy one for my large material cutter..
