Trying to print a 10' wide sign. Every 20" or so, the printer stops, does a cleaning, and starts printing again. An inch wide streak, top to bottom, is left in the locations where the printer stops to clean. We are having to toss so much material because of this...any suggestions on what the...

  7. Roland V-540 Blue Banding

We are having trouble printing a solid 2x8 navy blue sign. It keeps banding. We've done a thorough cleaning, cyan alone prints fine, we previously did a solid red print and it printed great...it's just the navy blue. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for your help.

  16. Decal printing?

In search of thermal printed/cut decals - 3.5"x6.5", right side of decal is company logo - blue, black, & white, left side is white lettering. Problem is customer only wants 25. This is a good customer of ours who does a lot of work with us so would like to help them out on this. If anyone...

  18. Online design software?

We're thinking about offering customers the opportunity to design their own signs, banners, magnets, shirts, etc. online. This wouldn't be for our "high end" customers, but for those looking for a quick product. Any thoughts on this and/or what software would you recommend. We've seen & read...

Does anyone know where to find 36" & 54" rolls of yellow printable paper? Printing on Roland VersaCamm. Thanks!
  20. Will this work-salvaging old material?

Thanks Jill, that was my plan. I would rather use Alumalite anyway since it's going to be a long term sign and in a very visable location. New material, apply the graphic, laminate...no time at all. Prep. the old material, etc. too much time!
