    Bad idea like others said already. I am 1 man operation & i have 4000 sqft of space, with 2 bays with over head doors in the back. Seems like to much space for 1 guy, but i use it all, i spend over 40k per year just in rent but would never move out to be mobile or work from garage. P.S. 2 weeks...

    Doable, but might be few issues. For me for example its better to deliver to Vancouver Port. I it will be delivered to port on the east, i will pay much more for freight after.

    Yup, Canada is going nuts with prices. Not related to signs, but... i am renovating my house right now & price of drywall went up from 10 dollars to 13.50, just because Canada does not import it anymore from US, so our Canadian drywall manufacturer decided its a good chance to ramp up the price lol.

    Flat surfaces are going for 8 in my shop, considering we are higher on prices compare to competitors who charge 6. 8 for flats (might be more if rivets are huge, but not the case on semi trailers usually) or 10 for cars/suvs/vans etc P.S. I don't do to many of them due to competition doing it...
