If you have the rank numbers: Enter on Diag Mode: To access Diagnostics Mode: Hold the 'Shift', 'Menu' and 'Cleaning' buttons while powering on the printer. Release after the 'beeps'. Press Menu to Diag: ADJ Enter, menu until you fine head rank. Enter the numbers and update... IF...

Perhaps the seal on the capping station it is worn out or the cap itself it is not capping properly around the heads. How long ago did you replace the capping station ?

Also, inspect the Print Head manifold ( Print Head nipple ) it may be cracked resulting in loss of ink flow to the printhead. Typically this break is at the base of the nozzle where the damper attaches to the printhead manifold.

How long have you been using that ink ?
