VinylMaster XPT and run a Mutoh VJ 1204 I tried. No support worth getting. Their techs were rude. Design and create vectors from bitmaps in it but printing....no way. I use Corel for all my design and vector work.

Any 3 mil 5 year material would be good. I like Arlon 540MT from Wensco or Briteline Duation IM5661M from Grimco.

It depends the card stock. Yes. I print my posters with an Epson 24" pigment printer with C,M,Y,and 2 blacks. Larger posters Mutoh1204.

I've used Corel since version 1. Does everything I need. If you want something else look at Vinyl Master.
