    Just talked to Roger emb technician from WVA said check to be sure the needle eyes are straight back not on an angle. Sure enough both my issues were at 7 o'clock not straight back at 6 o'clock! I feel stupid! I'll test and update the post. Be knowing Roger for awhile now he is top notch...

    Question on one needle I get thread fraying I moved the thread blk to another needle and it's not the thread. Something in the thread path is causing it. There in the green area usually find it only there down to the needle
