    My second-ever sign job... was up on a scaffold doing hand-layout and painting in four-foot letters a company name on a concrete-block wall. When I'm done, I get down off the scaffold to view my handi-work. It says: LO-COST BODY & PIANT I fixed that right away....

    here's another pic.... Searched google images for "williams elf 2" All fairly close picks, Tammy, but as you suggested, a bit light. I would say its actually about halfway in between Univers 75 and Unvers 85 for weight, and with a little tweaking of the outline, would get real close...

    CorelDraw has PrintMerge built right in. Since eons ago. We've done serialized labels on a versacam... concert tickets on a Xerox800, and even raffle tickets on a copier.

    Is that an engraved Lamacoid? If it is, those kinda look like stock engraver's fonts, maybe -- and there might not be any TrueType or OpenType counterparts... but ya never know...

    something that size has to be polycarbonate -- as more people without experience enter this business, I am less and less surprised these days hearing so many people using the terms plex, acrylic, polycarbonate, Lexan, etc. all interchangeably when they are not.
