Hi guys. I’m running VW 5.5.1 with a Roland vs540.. Not sure if there is a better place to post this. Let me know I’m trying to install the media profile for 3M 40c-10r. When I go to add it, it says cannot load profile. Any ideas why this is?

Hey guys, so the tech came out and replaced the head on my vs540, greys were printing pink and I had no Lc on the nozzle test.. Also dampers, captop and ribbons. Got Lc back.. but the nozzle test was a bit funky. He’s messed around for a couple more hours $$$ and got it printing perfect Friday...

It’s a single head, so it was 2200.0

Thanks Zoogee World I’ll double check the cap, but I’m fairly certain the tech installed it right. He’s saying to try a choke clean, but he’s not confident it will work. Im not sure I want to waste all that ink.. Thoughts? Could a bad choke valve be the culprit?

Forgot to add, also installed brand new cap top. All parts are Roland and I only use. OEM ink.

What should I look for that would be obvious manifold damage? Cracked nipple?

Tech is trying to sell me on a bad head. Do you think that is possible? I bought the printer on Oct 2020 and had a new OEM head installed then He’s coming out next Friday

I put a light in there today and all looked good. I’ll check tomorrow when I ge to the shop again and send a photo. I was very gentle when putting back together
