I have a SummaD75 and a Graphtec CE 3000Mk2. Both are good but the Summa D75 more robust. The CE3000Mk2 I have had for years with not one problem. It is still accurate and I contour cut with no problems.

Welcome. I started with a Roland pnc 1000 20" cutter. Now it's Mutoh's, two Graphtecs and aSumma's.

I wipe my vinyl down before I print with a clean lint free cloth or a cheap paper towel and 91% Isopropyl Alcohol. Makes a big difference. 3rd party inks......STS are excellent and Bobby Fosson could help with this.

I have an Epson 7700 pigment and a Mutoh 1204 printer. They do different things but the Epson can print on vinyl and with a laminate can last 3 to 4 years. Kapco has 24" print vinyl and laminate. There are other vendors also selling water base media.

I would recommend CoCut Pro.

I'm with Bob about the cut line. Whatever you say about Bob his answers are right on the mark. Learn the things you need to know from your software. All of us should be always learning. Think before it's illegal.
