23'X8' sandblasted redwood panel.there are 2 signs one on each side of entrance.all copy and elephant are router cut foam.not a good pic.will take another when it gets landscaped in the spring.
10'X6' sandblasted rewood oval.router cut foam letters that stager down from 2" to 1/4" (hard to see in pic).router cut mdo ,hand painted and posted off the redwood.small letters also router cut.I will post a pic when i have it installed.
Installing latest project.sign was mounted EIFS wall.I mounted 2X6 treated lumber to the wall with 1/4" toggle bolts that were drilled into 16 ga steel studs.Then mounted the four sections of the leaf to the treated.

I am trying to v-grove a 12' panel that is not square.normally i change the start point to the center of the peice for better alignment.artpath is not letting me change the start point on a panel that needs to be broken up.(over 8').I am using artpath 16.does this mean i cannot change the start...

Thanks for the info GT.I agree you should always prime the foam before filling blemishes.If you dont,you will get a shiny spot.I have always used the body filler or spot putty to fill the foam.you have to be careful to not over or underfill the hole or you will be sanding all...

I agree with Dennis 19,000 Spindle speed,I use a feed rate as high as 440 ipm when cutting foam.some times will use a finish cut to clean up mill marks when using a longer bit.Foam by far is the eaisest to rout.
