Yes you can ad the ARMS later BUT you have to send it back to them. It has to be installed by a SW tech. Best bet is to get it installed when you buy it. It is only like 250-300 to add it to the cutter.
Some of your name brand and quality cutters are summs, graphtec, roland, ioline. These are some of the best brands out there and most of these are work horses.
The checkers you are seeing are the background of the design program. The file has been messed with before from the looks of it. The checkers are their because of not having the opacity set 100%.
