I have a problem. Mutoh 1204 is stuck. We are trying to send a BMP to it, the file is not that large under 900k. The production Mngr "Flexi 8 Pro" sends the file, but the printer gets stuck in a converting mode. The PC was restarted, the printer shut down and even unpluged. Any ideas? Thank...

That is strange, you did say they were audio converters could there be a conflict with your audio card?

I have never seen that one before. How much space do you have left on you HD? Knowing you a ton Did you run all of your scans? How about trying to install it to a new location?

I doubt there would be a need to reformat at this point. I ran AdAware also it didn't fix the problem. Did you have any programs running when you did the install? Good luck keep us posted

I ran spybot search and destroy "Thank you Shovel" and it fixed my machine when I had that meltdown. Did you make sure to get all of the files associated with Firefox when you removed the program?
