Click on the User CP link near the top of the page.
From there on the left side of the page you will see "Your Conrtol Panel"
Scroll dow a bit you will see Edit Avatar.
Click it, use the Browse button to upload your pic.
It can only be 100 Pixels x 100 Pixels or 24.4 KB and RGB.
OK here is one way, drag each layer in the layer dialog box to duplicate layer.

If I understand correctly you want to copy and paste the same image on 3 different layers,
but when you copy and paste the pasted image is not going on a new layer.
Copy your image lock the layer make a new layer and paste it there,
if you want it in the same spot you copied...
This may sound dumb but is this material punched or unpunched.
If it's punched are your rollers on the inside of the punched area?
If so that's probably where you are loosing the media width.
It will measure from the pinch rollers. Side to side.
What Production Manager are you using?
You should be able to manually set the media width within that.
Why do you need registration marks?
Oh it's plotting not printing.
