Always laminate your perf, especially long term outdoor. We use spray laminate. 4 dollars a can. One can can do approx 4 to 5 back window perfs on a full size suv.

i would cut away any old vinyl that is curling. Also i would cut away about 3 inches or better on the edges of the existing vinyl. That would give your new vinyl a good foundation for it to stick directly to the trailer. Edges are usually for first thing to fail, especially overlapping new on...

mesh banners are a way to go. very durable too, because you dont have the wind beating them up. One thing though, use bolder & bigger text & good contrast. small text will disappear in the mesh, kinda like perforated window film. Not sure if all that text will work?

I had plenty of those days. I think cheap customers walking in through the front door all day long is worse. Of course they want a graphic big as possible, using the best material, at super high res with a flawless install at a garage sale price.

Always, i mean always, take a deposit & we will see how fast he comes back to pick it up. Also, that weeds out the customers who are or aren't serious.
