100% sure of the password,,,,,running mcafeee....

Drivers are up to date 7.5.1 and sentinel diagonists reconizes the key but says the password does not match the key which it does.

Sorry, My I.T. man is here and it a little nerve racking right now......Flexi installs but when you run flexi an error message comes up saying cannot find the security key that matches the password

any idea how to get flexi to operate with windows 7 enterprise
