We have done this exact thing... Ill upload a pic in a sec. We printed on a standard printable vinyl, I think it was oracal. We jut used what we had that had the most aggressive adhesive... and then laminated with a matte laminate. We were told by the manufacturer that the non-slip laminate was...

what you have looks good to me... but if it needs to be exact use old mr. pen tools and trace it.

Well it looks like the signs 101 community is stumped on this one... and so am I. I looked everywhere, and still no match. I guess i'll just use Amienne, it seems to be the closest I could find.
