For about $20, you can get a faux wood grain painting set. You put your base coat down, let it dry, then your next coat and go to town with your combs. I watched a lotta people do this when I was young. It looked absolutely real.

Looks like you already put some kinda laminate down. I can see the trapped air around certain areas. We almost always round sharp points.

A lot of what you say is true, tulsa..... but only if the person doing the work has their sh!t together in the first place. I see it around town here and other places and also on this site of people who don't know any better and don't think their sh!t doesn't stink. Another thing I've found...

We make them for our customers. If you found them somewhere, place your markup and price accordingly. You either win or lose.

Mine was the gerber sprint with 15" and 30" sprocket fed plotters. Got ANAgraph about a year later, when they came with a screaming 10 MHz harddrive with 40 megs of storage space. I was first a handpainter too, picked up screen printing flat stock along the way.

No, I wouldn't bother with a second lam.

I would think they'd shrink at two different rates. Are you printing onto the reflective or just die cutting it and apply ?? If you print it, I'd just use a liquid lam on it, let it dry..... then put it down.
