Yes I think it can be a problem at you case. But I'm running the printer direct from a laptop. It is not connected to a internet, and don't have any software related to a remote control. It connected direct to a printer used crossover cable. I have try different PC, different version of Windows...

It can be print head. But also check the contact on the flat cable on the PH boards.

Try make claen you print heads with Solvent by syringe. It will help to yuo

If you have not stable printing. First check the ink. May be you need change the dampers. Try print in the slow speed. And uni direction. If it is will be better result you can change ink and dampers.
