    enVision 375 not closing up letters

    I'm using Omega 5 and when I use the spool adjust to shift a color to the right 1 pixel, it moves the color 46cm (1.812") to the right??? This is the first time I've used it in version 5 but it always worked well in Omega 4? Is their a bug I'm not aware of?

    I use to reset the origin position(0,0) by right clicking & holding down the "control" key on one of the control squares, now it copy's to the clipboard? I've looked everywhere and can't find a way to reset it. Any help would be appreciated.

    Anyone have a workaround to replace the door lock screw( the wing nut tightener for the knife holder) without having to buy a new carriage? My cutter works fine but the screw is starting to come loose and the knife blade holder falls out. TIA
