It comes in the same exact boxes as GF stuff (just with the different brand printed on it), the batch/core labels are exactly the same as GF and I've had few times when bulk briteline orders dropped shipped from GF facility. Most of briteline is GF no doubt
Totally in the hands of his credit card company. Its a coin toss. Submit you defense to your cc processor and hope for the best.
Chargebacks are pretty common in Ecommerence and I'm about 50/50. Even signature delivery confirmation loses sometimes to "non delivery". The credit card companies...
Look at the image at 100% zoom, if it looks good it'll print good at 100% it'll print good. 72 dpi should be enough. I do murals at 100dpi but go to 72 sometimes if they're very large
If a chinese machine is 400k I bet a comparable European machine will be 4 million. Just pointing out to them how expensive it would be to try something like this even using low end equipment
check out the video in this listing for an idea of what a step in this process might look like

How much are you seriously looking to invest?
The manufacturing scale required for something like this to be competetive with other established manufacturers is likely high. Would probably have pump out tens if not hundreds of kilometers of canvas per day to be anywhere near China pricing
The Epson Resin heads are not throwaway, the are piezoelectric just like the solvent ones and not thermal like HP. Supposed to last a couple years and that is what users are seeing. $700 user replaceable is a big plus
What material are you having the issue with? I only had one scuff error and it was due to a little edge tunnel on the media I didn't notice when loading
I would run into an issue I would describe as ink starvation in production mode and matte speed on darker areas (when my heads didn't have any missing nozzles). Every 5 or so feet there would be half a pass that was just slightly lighter than the rest like not enough ink is getting to the heads...
I did slice my hand first time using the slitters :roflmao: . There are plenty of warning signs and the blades have an up/down position. I left one blade down and reached in without looking.
Won't happen again, definitely learned and remember to look for the blades, I now triple check that the...
i recently did 6 mil vinyl laminated with 7 mil laminate, 150ft, was the fattest roll I've ever seen. Fit no problem in the Lefu but was close to the limit.
