    SG-540 - I've never had cuts that far off even 10' long. The most it goes off is about 0.04". I don't use a takeup roller, and make sure heat is turned off for cutting.

    We have an SG. When it had the TV1 inks, the heads always got dirty right away. Using TV2 inks the heads are always very clean. It does not seem to scratch too easily. But long term I don't know because I laminate everything.

    HELP! Did I just install the wrong material?!

    I've removed quite a few permanent adhesive printed vinyl decals (Orajet 3551RA) that have been on windows for over a year outside, and never had a problem peeling it off. Some peel off much harder than others, but they do come off. But do what you think is best. Nice job by the way. I'm sad...
