I haven't had a hangover since JBurton was born, maybe even longer.. But I don't hit it like I used to, it was nothing to knock out a case of beer in one sitting, now if I have a 6-7 a day that's alot, sometimes a few more than that, but not to often.

Try re-naming the file, that sometimes works for me. Luckily it doesn't happen to much for me, I still use x7.

I use a 60* blade for everything, and have no problem cutting small text. Have you looked at your artwork in wire-frame, to see if there are any overlapping nodes, they can some times cause this.

And then they tell you, oh it doesn't have to be exact, just something close....:mad:
