my mutoh has issues with cleanings every now and then.
my work around is i made 4 files. 1 for each color.
i use onyx and took each fill removing all the color but 1 from each file. Then i run each one. it floods the material with that one color. also helps and finding other issues.
The baffles are little plastic reservoirs that your ink flows into and sit in a manifold above your print head. Its been a while but they should be I believe about half full
it could be your baffles. if they have a hole or a leaking manifold would also cause this issue.
double check the cleaning station make sure ink isnt pooling up in it.
plugging it in direct will work. but you need the right cable. you can not use a normal ethernet cable. it needs to be a "patch" cable. they have 2 wires switch positions on it.
Then you need to go in and manually set your ip and subnet mask numbers on both the computer and printer.
Not sure how you have it wired in. I have the Mutoh 1304 and i can not run it through my normal network. To get mine to work i had to install a second network card in my pc and run a network patch cable to the printer. And then manually assign network settings on both ends.
While the HP Latex is not the top of the line in printers.
I have been using the HP 360 for a little over a year now. Switched from a mutoh 1304 to this HP.
I am very pleased with the printer overall. Its not all that difficult to load or set up the take up on.
Color wise the gamut isnt as large...
